wonderful for my sore shoulders. Easy to heat up. I have been doing physical therapy for arthritis and wanted to have similar pads at home. These exceeded my expectations. not too heavy and easy to warm up in microwave. Great product 1

It comes with complete instructions on how to fill the pillow by just allowing the vacuum packed heavy foam to expand. Works great.

Love the pillow, gives plenty of support for sitting up. The color isn’t what I wanted it’s more of a light yellow. I was wanting a neutral shade. I’m going to see if I can dye the cover. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Reminds me of an old white fabric that has yellowed. Everything but the color was great though. Just don’t get ivory it’s light yellow.

item sis not fully expend to desired pillow shape. it was not plush and uncomfortable. gave it to the puppy to lay against and play with. i will not recommend thus to anyone
