They insist it was delivered to my mailbox. I never received it. Walmart reached out to them and asked them to please resend the hat. They said they would look into it. After almost a month, I reached out to them 2 times. Each time they replied it was delivered to my mailbox. Each time I replied it was not. Walmart had asked them to resend after asking if I would like a refund or a re-ship. It was a $5 hat! I guess I will be contacting Walmart to now get my refund. VERY disappointed.

I was pleased with hats. I originally ordered just one, in brown. When I received it, I decided to order all colors.... purple, red and another brown. I gave 3 for gifts and kept one. The size fits me great, comes down over ears but not hugging ears. Very cute.
