bought 2 phantasmal flames 6 pavks, they arrived crushed. full of hot air and they looked resealed, the heat or poor conditioning may have cause the packs to slip and the glue to release, several packs were opened and damaged i want a refund 100 dollars for absolute garbage, not even in a box, but a ripped bag, im disgusted. this was a gift for my autistic son, id really like a refund since that was his birthday money, that would be great, no seller cares on here, id love to dind one who does and takes responsibility for destroyed items.
