There was no communication from the seller. Item description accurate, no issues. Small corner damaged on Transformer box, not sure if it was existing or from shipping and handling, but overall very satisfied. Appreciate the fast delivery.

Worst product ever. Horrible seed ratio of a mere 13% per roll, and and abysmal germination rate of about 5% at that. Followed the instructions, watered consistently and waited. . . . . and waited . . . . . now I have green and white paper waste all over my yard that looks worse than when I started. No problem with the seller, but the product is very questionable at best. You'd do better with a bag of grass seed and a rake, which is what I'll do in the spring. Don't waste your money.
