you sent a replacement product without consulting with me. you failed to reply to my messages conveying your behavior. NO replies were ever forthcoming. that's a con job when you force something on me that I DID NOT ORDER!!!!

This seller does not send pictured item. I was sent something I did not order and will not use (hair dye shampoo) It wasn't Polar like I ordered , it was some off brand JUNK i never heard of. I have very sensitive skin and I don't want my hair to fall out using the junk I was sent.

It showed 2 led strips in the add I only received 1 LED strip in the box I received I ordered the 20x64 led which I did not receive what I ordered from Walmart not happy at all

The product that's sent to me is not what I ordered "Pola Shampoo". It is other brand dying shampoo from China.

This is not the real Polar brand. The container has a different name. There was coverage at first, but had to redo spots. And after rhat, a week later it wore off in some areas. Going to order the real POLAR Hair dye to compare, although it is more expensive. If it works it is worth it.

The problem was not with the seller. It was with the product itself. it doesn't work.

Took forever with many delays. At one point lost where package was with NO updates from seller

It came late and when it got here, it was not the product that I ordered.

Item is advertised as Polar, stated as such in the title. But that is not what you get! You get something called Hoegoa, whatever that is. Beware!
