I would give this company zero stars if I could. Told them the day I received my item that I was missing an essential part. Over the course of the month following, I continued to message back and forth with them about the missing part, but a month later I still do not have the part. They have been wildly unhelpful, they have no urgency or care for customer service and satisfaction. In my most recent message, I told them I either wanted the part or a refund. This demand was the only request of mine met with any sort of attentiveness or urgency, but still no solution for the missing part. Walmart should remove this seller from their website immediately.

this sofa broke in 7 days and in several places. seller said they would offer $20 compensation! also, advertised as velvet upholstery which is absolutely not true. so very disappointed.

The shipping company lost a package (a portion of the 6 seat sofa). I’ve sent several request to the vendor, asking for a full refund. I’m having a hard time getting that refund. I was asked by the vendor to just keep Half of the sofa and accept a partial refund dispute my requests for a full refund. How is this fair to the consumer? Don’t purchase from this vendor. I’m demanding a full refund!!!!!!!!
