I’m very disappointed in Walmart for using a seller who has not shipped the item I ordered in a timely manner. A month has passed, and I have still not received my order. : ( Ageless Beauty, please do better by your customers.

Fake / Scammed. Not the actual “Angel’s Share” as shown. The packaging/sealed content was poorly done… debris particles. The box marked “On the Rocks”!!!

I ordered 3, received 1. On my first call to Walmart I was told to wait 48 hours as the delivery may come in separate packages. After the week-end (more than 48 hours, due to USPS lack of delivery on Sunday) I called again and was told (after ‘an investigation’ of some length) that I would be refunded the cost for the 2 not received, and watch for an email with the credit. I have not yet gotten credit, but an email from Walmart that I would be hearing from Ageless Beauty. To date I have not heard from them, nor have I received the credit for the product I did not receive.

Shipment delayed for a whole month, and the product was a counterfeit. Has very weird smell and texture. I have been using this product for years and this is not even close to the ones you buy from Saks or Nordstrom. Total scam!!!

I like the overall effects of the lip balm from Ageless Beauty. However, considering numerous warnings about counterfeit La Mer products, I am a bit weary that the purchased lip balm came in a package that was not sealed. I was informed that you can contact La Mer’s USA hotline to find whether your product’s shelf life has been expired and am intending to do so. * Picture above shows lip balm from Ageless Beauty/Wal-Mart.com on the left.
