This was as easy as it gets for ordering what I needed. A 1/2 inch Impact Gun to take my toughest bolts out for my next job. I was surprised at how soon it arrived. Ahead of the parts I ordered which worked out great! I have Ryobi as a mainstay and this was an excellent purchase all the way around.

Horrible! The seller is a third party for Walmart and they shipped an incomplete product. One battery was missing. I contacted support and have not heard anything!!! I would like a refund or a replacement that includes both batteries!!

Order was delayed and was not delivered on the "arrive by" date given when the order was placed. Item was NOT shipped in a box, and the outer packaging of the item is damaged. This is an electronic item, so it is also most likely damaged, and there is no time to return and get a replacement before Christmas. This is also a Christmas gift, so since it was NOT in a box, the person receiving the gift saw what it was, and the surprise is ruined. Finally, the item is not the same as pictured online. The online listing pictured two 2Ah batteries, and this item came with one 4Ah battery and one 2Ah battery. Thanks a lot Walmart.
