Right out of the bag, the bag was cut in one place and torn at the seams in another. My battery charger does not work. I'm VERY disappointed. VERY. Would not recommend.

The item was as described, shipping and handling were fine, but I never received the warranty that I purchased. I don't know if it was supposed to be emailed to me by the seller or Walmart. I did a chat with Walmart customer service and received no help whatsoever other than to tell me to contact the seller. Since I purchased the camera through Walmart, I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service on Walmart's part.

shipped quickly, was a surprise to my wife for christmas. she was very happy with the camara and all that came with it. shipped in good shape.

would of liked to receive it faster but it was as described. beautiful camera and everything is perfect that came with it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I repeat, do not buy from them. They sold me a faulty Canon camera. Within two weeks of normal use, the camera developed a lens error and became completely unusable. I contacted the seller hoping for a replacement or refund, but instead they told me to send the camera back only for inspection. There was no apology and no concern shown for the issue. An inspection makes no sense when the product was defective out of the box. I later learned that because this was an international (gray-market) product, there is no manufacturer warranty or insurance coverage. Do not rely on the seller’s “insurance” they will not help you if something goes wrong. I attempted multiple times to return the item through Walmart, which I was eligible to do since it was within the 30-day return window. The seller offered no assistance at all. I ultimately had to escalate the issue by contacting Walmart’s CEO directly before I finally received help with the return. I do not play about my money, and I was not going to let this go. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

My package was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone I don't know And I cannot get a refund. the sellers hasn't responded.

never gets back to you in a timely fashion. supposed to hear back in 48 hours and it's been over 5 days!!!
