My Navigator arrived a little dinged up. Nothing too serious, but the knob handle was stripped of the inner threading on the top half due to it splitting on one side. I requested a new knob handle and they sent it so fast I could not believe it. Now I can mount it to the wall with confidence. Their customer service is second to none.
