I was so impressed with their products I purchased several more of the mugs and cutlery. My first shipment didn't contain the leather pouch. I emailed them to see if they would include it in my new order and THEY DID! It is so rare these days to find a company that cares about the craftsmanship of their product and also their customers. Mistakes happen, but they corrected and deliver in every way you'd expect. I'm not impressed by a lot these days and Viking Traders did it! Thanks and keep it up!
