Hello Jason! The earring is well made, but if the post gets bent during handling, it could cause a closing issue. I’m confident the customer may have mishandled it. We conducted a quality check before dispatching. I can also provide a video to demonstrate. Our boxes are designed with slots for both earrings and rings, which is why we use the same boxes for both types of orders. We wrap the items in tissue to protect them during transit, but we don’t have control over how the package is handled. There are chances it may come out from the slots in the box and can make noise.
