When usps lost my order the seller was very responsive and worked hard with the shipper to try and locate it. When it appeared my order could not be found the seller was willing to provide a refund. then usps finally found my order and it did arrive. the seller then provided me a free 75 bit Milwaukee set for my troubles. I would definitely recommend Great Savings by Ed!

All was fine except the shipping. It went from California to Portland, Oregon to Eugene to Myrtle Point to Eugene to Massachusetts to Ohio to Portland to Eugene to Walton and finally to me. The post office blamed it on being in a small box.
