Biscotti's arrived broken, EVERY SINGLE ONE. Of course I can still eat them, but they were for serving guests and I can't exactly serve guests broken pieces and crumbles. Very disappointed and would appreciate a full refund.

Seller needs to ship earlier %26 ASAP. I have 10 squirrels, 4 birds, 2 Doves and a Chucky the Crow to feed every day for the last few years %26 they only like these nuts, so I need fast deliveries (Pretty choosy for critters that have been eating grass until they met us!). PS, my daughter and I also enjoy these nuts. They’re delicious.

As I previously mentioned, the packaging and shipping of the cookies was a disaster. Half the cookies were smashed to smithereens. My family and I were only able to enjoy half the container. I was too busy to return it at the Christmas season, but had it been another time I would’ve returned it for a full refund and never bought it again. Again, as I said previously, the taste of the cookies was delicious. The problem was In the shipping.
