chair arrived very well packaged and in a timely fashion

This seller's shipping time is outstanding. I received these items a week before they were due!

Horrible communication. I am having to send rounds of multiple photos to request this return. The bed frame I purchased arrived with a tear in the upholstery. Unacceptable for an item that I paid over $550 for. The seller needs to make this right and send me a new bed frame.

The day I after I received my table I got in touch with Walmart. I sent a message through this app and through an email. They said they also sent you a message. I have not heard back from anyone. The leaf on the table does not fit. I also paid for a three year warranty yet Walmart wanted to charge me an extra $99 to have someone come in to fix the leaf if possible very very disappointed the table is a strong table. The chair is not as much they’re not so strong, but they’re good well-made for the money, but the leaf doesn’t fit.

Everything was as presented. Delivery was quick and the bed went together easily.

Arrived quickly, no damage. All of the pieces were intact and I didn’t need any assistance from customer service.

Never contacted them. They could have better directions, and put the brackets on correctly.

woud not recommend this for seniors very heavy when filled with sand

Fast shipping and securely packed. decent price for the bed frame. I wish the instructions was better and pieces was clearly marked but you get what you pay for and it's good enough for a college student.
