I was sent a returns item there was no tags or instructions with the bottle everything was sent in an envelope. Came with a straw and. A rubber piece and a hard plastic piece not showing. How any of it went together also took over two weeks to get it in the mail

I received it early than expected but I’m glad because the last one I had was broken and I needed it for work

The queen sheet came to about 3/4 of the way on my queen bed. And I can’t return it. So I’m just gonna have to throw it away.

Takes a long while to straighten small enough to travel with I am not liking that its not slim like I would hope to pack lightly

Took longer than expected to receive item. Absolutely horrible packing. They put it in a flimsy envelope and it was crushed, but at least they refunded my money back quickly so I could use it for something else.

Can not rate because the delivery person left package outside and it was stolen. I paid for it but around here packages get stolen if not notified.
