The Hookless shower curtain set was received on time and well-packaged.

Curtai n s were received in an appropriate manner except for one cancelled panel they did not have. Curtains needed to be returned because of color. Their invoice has the wrong amt of curtains. I got no response to solve the problem. When trying to do a return it said there was a problem and would not allow. i need my refund for about $275.

Product arrived much sooner than expected, and I love the pillow shams!

After sending wrong items, they contacted me and fixed the problem, so no complaints.

Exactly what I asked for and came a day earlier then expected.

I purchased this product through Wal Mart and I did not need to have direct communication with the seller.

It is difficult to say what the color actually is from the picture. A bit too dark, but not the sellers fault the manufacturer is responsible for not having many colors available

The bedspread/coverlet is very nice and the seller did a great job of packaging and following up as promised.

Packaging was outstanding — thanks for kindness to the earth. Communication was excellent. Best experience for me with a Walmart vendor.
