Honestly, I have to write this a one because I’m not sure if it’s the seller or if it’s Walmart. I have went round and round and round with Walmart on this return. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the curtains. It was a $99 in some odd cent return that they say they refunded back on January 16, 2026 it hasn’t hit my card. I’ve talked to five different agents. Each one of them says a reasoning why it has or also why it hasn’t hit my card and now the last I know is, it’s still in pending status. One of them even said it was refunded on December 5 of 2025 when I didn’t even return the products until January 16 of 2026 the whole thing is a mess. As of last night the chat session told me I have to go back inside Walmart and tell them that they didn’t scan the items right because in Walmart system they’re still showing pending and that is why nothing has hit my card. Very interesting though because the first two people I talked with 100% insured me my card had already been refunded, and that was my fault not theirs. Honestly, it’s been such a hassle. Walmart should be doing something more to think about keeping me as a Walmart plus customer I have spent way too much time on this.!
