I ordered a 2 hp pool pump that seemed to work well for a few weeks, then it failed. I reached out to Pristore and explained the issue, and they offered a replacement impeller, which if I accepted, would cost me more than the pump to install. They then offered a partial refund for the defective pump that only worked for a few weeks. I called Walmart and they, after 3 supervisors, 6 Walmart Care agents, and 3 months have let me finally know that Pristore will not honor manufacturer's warranties and I can sit and spin. This company is a disgrace and you shouldn't spend your money with them. ESAD!
