This was not the authentic product. I spoke with vital proteins directly and sent as per the request photos of the container. They confirmed it was not product. it tasted different , it would not dissolve as the real thing and sediment set in the bottom of the glass between sips. I’ve been using this product for three years. It’s a great product, but I will no longer buy online and I will make sure to look for the RZ on any product to ensure I do not buy from this company again

I received a jar of vital proteins that has the manufactured date of 10/05/2024. How can this be correct since it is only August 4, 2024?? That is impossible!! It has a strong smell, it clumps in liquid and tastes terrible! Please refund my money and investigate!!! I would appreciate a response to this!

This seller is a fraud. The Vital Proteins collagen is counterfeit. It is not even the correct packaging. The seller will not respond to my messages.

Fake counterfeit product. I have been using this for years and the version from this particular vendor is FAKE!! They have taken the same packaging and inserted a completely different product - it was unsealed and is the consistency of a cold cream. I’ve been ordering this face cream for years, but this is the the first time I’ve ordered from this seller. The product I received from this seller is fake. As soon as I opened the package, I immediately knew it wasn’t the same product I’ve been using for years. I plan to return it and go to the store to purchase the real product.

I’ve used this CeraVe cream several times. I applied this one and it made my skin feel tight. This is normally a luxurious moisturizer. I am now freaking out on what I put on my skin. I washed it off and am returning. Do not buy from this seller. Walmart please vet sellers!!!!

I have been using the CeraVe PM lotion for years, daily, and this lotion from seller RZ Square is not the same product. I usually order mine from CVS and this is the first time I’ve ordered here and as soon as I applied the product I noticed a difference, this lotion was more opaque and felt very different applied to the face. The product consistency is different, the cream is very liquidy. Is that even a real product?
