The product is wonderful. The time of delivery was very good. However. the delivery was to Phoenix, Az during excessive heat and the shipper failed to address this by cold packing the chocolates.

Packaging was in immaculate condition, extremely fresh product, quality was very comparable to any service I've ever used. Delivery was prompt and professional, and I am satisfied with the competitive price. Thank you, and my family, co-workers and people at my Church thank you, as we all have enjoyed the Speculoos cookies! I am now placing my second order for the cookies - especially so I can give a lady ( who is legally blind ) at Church her own package!! She raved over them at the evening service!!! Thank you for making her life a little happier!

This package arrived with 2 individual bars at nearly $14 for the pair , that makes them approximately $7 each. If I thought that it was going to be two bars not two packs of bars there’s no way I would’ve ordered this. It was not made clear. Very disappointing.
