shipping was terrible. a label was created on a Friday and the item was not shipped until the following Tuesday. it took two and a half weeks for the item to actually arrive.

I was sent Emetrol liquid for children but had ordered and paid for the sambucol. I have no use for the children's medicine but need the sambucol. Help with this order would be appreciated!

I was checking to see why my medicine was so late, and whomever the person was that emailed me was very unprofessional and I really didn’t appreciate that. It wasn’t my fault that you couldn’t get my medicine to me at the time that you said u was going to get it to me. You work under Walmart and they don’t like when Customer Service representatives are rude. I did report them and pray that they will either learn their manners or go and work somewhere else.
