I received the product fairly quickly but the 54 k cups came in a 100 k cup box No big deal.

Item shipped quickly, but the product burnt my scalp.

I received the incorrect quantity of the product I ordered. Instead of 24 items in total, I received 10. I reached out to the seller and they offered me a partial refund for the missing items, which I accepted. Over the course of an entire month, I reached out to them four additional times with the continued promise of a refund that they never issued. I ended up having to use the Customer Support Center for assistance and had to return my entire order instead of receiving the partial refund that I was promised. This behavior was suspicious and unprofessional, as it seems they are intentionally short-changing their customers.
