We wish the bottoms weren't mashed in transit. Other than that, we always receive this exact item in a timely fashion. I don't know if we're going to continue, because my husband doesn't like the mouthfeel of the product when it's mashed, and he went through years of chemo and other treatments for cancer. It makes a difference to him.
