Missing a box, can’t even put it together because I never got everything

The table arrived damaged. I have been trying to return it and get my money back for weeks now to no avail.

Initially, I wasn’t sure if this would really work as a substitute for a traditional bed frame and mattress, but after unboxing it, my doubts disappeared. The quality is excellent, and the product looks exactly like the photos in the listing. It turned out to be a great alternative to a conventional setup. I love that it’s just one piece—no separate frame, box spring, slats, or mattress to deal with. It’s lightweight, comes with a pillow and two cushions, and honestly, if you’re on the petite side, two people could comfortably sleep on it. Also I received the item in 2 days as opposed to 12 days of initial delivery estimate. Super happy and satisfied! Would highly recommend.

Initially, I ordered an orange couch then days later after me purchasing the couch, they reached out to me to tell me that they didn’t have the colors so I had to pick another color. Very frustrating.
