This item was definitely used. The windage and elevation screws had scrape marks from being adjusted, it was not wrapped in its original factory plastic. Never trust a third party seller.

Hello Richard! The item was absolutely new- it has been sitting in our showcase. We are a retail store and we only sell new items on walmart. The item wasn't in it's plastic because it was in the showcase. But it was never used and your claims are baseless. I expect our item t be returned in new condition as it was shipped.
