The vendor sent me a used, incorrect and incomplete product with insufficient packaging inside of the box for the item originally ordered. The Walmart site return link directs me to contact the seller, which I did. The seller told me to contact Walmart and threatened me with the statement that they record serial numbers, which of course will be incorrect because the incorrect item was sent. to me. I am displeased with this chain of events at this point.
