Seller was great on offering me a refund or replacement on the 3" twin that did not take shape after a few days, cut up and trashed it .. the 2nd one did the same thing... even after 7 days, did not take shape .. my fault for not taking a refund... so I lost almost $40 on this deal .. .. no more emails from them as I never existed... save your $$ .. go read the product reviews .. 2 stars because they shipped me 2 and both junk.

The product we purchased did not function the way it was advertised. I dont know if possible shipping conditions led to the issues or not so, it's hard to say who is at fault. I honestly don't know if my experience represents the company and their products as a whole. My personal experience however, with this product in particular, was honestly terrible. I did not have any communication with the seller directly.
