Although this toaster has 6 levels of toasting, it has to be on 1 or 2 to not BURN!! 1 is too light and 2 is almost scorched on one side, the other side is fine. Will be returning. Also gets EXTREMELY hot on the outside. Have to be careful nothing is touching it.
