They sent me a used watch wasn’t even packed in a apple box just in a bubble wrap that’s it in a box

I returned a phone that didnt function properly over a month ago and still have not received my $289 dollars. I have spoke with walmart support several times who has also reached out to this seller and the seller is failing to respond or send my money back to me.

The communication was quick and helpful, fast delivery, packaging. Phone was as described.

The watch arrived when promised and in great condition. Everything was neatly packaged and looked brand new!

Was told the phone was in like new condition but it came with a deep scratch right on the screen

Phone was listed "like new" upon recieving it there were nicks, scratches, and noticeable defects on this Phone and it was definitely not like new. There was noticeable dirt and debris under the all the camera lens that would even show up in pictures. I didn't say anything because Phone was a gift and my teenager didn't care enough. 6 months later and the phone is dead. I have messaged the seller and this is day 4 of no response. Use someone else who doesn't use shady business practices
