Bait and switch. Unwilling to do a partial refund for falsely advertising the condition of the phone.

The Seller used a lot of open language to sell a Laptop that they knew ultimately had no value and it is being returned to Reebelo.

I didn't see instructions in the box but I'm familiar with computers so it turned out okay. advising that you need a converter cable for HDMI would be helpful. but I'm very happy overall

Instead of shipping a watch in 'like new condition' as advertised, I received one that needed a new battery. In addition it was very difficult to get a hold of Reeblo and initiate a return

The iPad had a dead line going from top to bottom when it was received. Return process was somewhat confusing as the package came with a specific number and email to contact in case of returns (eReplacements) , but the phone was never answered. I reached out by email and they responded to that. They could not find my order, and directed me back to Walmart. Meanwhile I also contacted Reeblo who also directed me back to Walmart. But the "return" option was not showing up for my order for a couple of days. Eventually the "return" option showed up on Walmart order and I was able to return that way. I had to contact Walmart separately to cancel the extended warranty I had purchased. Overall return process was frustrating.

They sent wrong item I sent them emails with pictures of what they sent they repeatedly lied and said they did not receive pics and ask Walmart for refund . Would not order from this seller or Walmart online again

This item was advertised as an Apple MacBook Pro (16-inch, Apple M1 Max chip with 10-core CPU and 32-core GPU, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD) - Space Gray I received an Apple M1 Pro chip in the unit which is much less powerful than the M1 Max chip. Even thought Walmart told me that the 3rd party Seller would reply within 24-48 hours, the 3rd party Seller did not reply to the 2nd and 3rd attempts on my requested resolution or any other proposal on making this right.
