Seller is fine. Water pic has a cheap made product. If you are not extremely careful with every part you will break somethin. No confidence in their choice of distant manufacturers they have chosen to represent their brand.

My review is a MIXED one. For the company.., customer service is NOT SO GOOD. They advertise everywhere (the net %26 in product manuals) a phone %23 ( 2774) that is totally bogus. Called/tried several time (about Reg.), only to find it's a sales promotion line. Finally talked to a 'chat' pop-up on their web sit, only to be able to e-mail their CS. More than happy to help me..., BUT only by e-mail, no direct phone %23s. So-much for their CS ! Their products on the other hand, are an OLD RELIABLE source of quality. One of the first on the market.., thus the name "WATERPIK" thus the name professional use when talking flossing with water ! The one I purchased, is a TOP NOTCH water pick. I love it!! It has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want. A BIG improvement over the one I bought 40 yrs ago, which I used regularly till it finally broke. I recommend their products..., deal with their CS the best you can.

I had the previous version, and it died after 8 years. This updated version is amazing! I noticed a difference after 2 uses.

I bought this WaterPik Flosser for my daughter %26 family. She LOVES it. It came faster than expected %26 everything was there, in perfect working order. We bought one for ourselves a few months earlier %26 she wanted one too. She has a dental implant %26 feels her teeth are cleaner than ever with it.

LOVE - favorite Christmas gift of all 4 kids !! Everyone should have a Waterpik!
