Seller shipped quickly and items arrived as described perfectly. Seller also shipped item in a box which was in great condition. Would have no problem buying from this seller again…
it was the correct product but they were shipped in a plastic bag and did not say Fragile and Fed ex delivered and when i opened them they had had something heavy on them because they were creased in the middle of the 14" side. so frustrating, not sure if they will collapse when installed and the suction puts pressure on them.
Horrible experience. Ordered two packages. One gets lost in the mail and the other was sent without being boxed. Furnace filters are not made of rigid cardboard that holds up to shipping. I received the item late and damaged. They clearly do not care about getting the product to the customer in usable condition.
