Hello John! All games are refurbished and tested to ensure optimal performance prior to being sold to our customers. We do not, and have never, sold bootleg or fake items. The authenticity of your particular game disc can be verified by the Xbox logos visible in the inner ring of the disc, which indicate it is an original Xbox release. Please also note that the Xbox 360 is over 20 years old. Many consoles experience failing lasers or other mechanical issues over time, which can cause some discs to load inconsistently while others may still work without issue. As previously stated, we have offered a full refund upon return of the item. Thank you!
