Evenflo is a trustworthy company when it comes to baby products and I’m glad to entrust my babies safety in their car seat. Product was everything it was marketed to be and I only wish I’d gotten the travel system because I would have loved to test out the stroller.

Cancelled the order 1 hour after purchasing. They denied the cancellation, charged my card immediately. Returned the car seat, as soon as it was delivered, they received the return and now I have to wait 3 weeks to get my refund. Absolutely insane that they can immediately charge you but can’t give your money back in a timely manner. Good luck getting your orders cancelled especially if it was accidental.
