I ordered a "Tales from the Crypt" DVD box set and received a "Supernatural" DVD box set. I reached out to the seller no less than six times over two weeks, explaining that I do not have access to a printer and that, since this was their mistake, they should mail me a label. Why is the buyer responsible for doing everything to rectify the seller's mistake? I finally contacted Walmart customer care and got the assistance the seller would not provide. They gave me an additional $5 credit for the trouble. It was all very obnoxious, so I gladly accepted. Kudos to Walmart. BOOOO, Suprise Castle. Looking at your prior reviews, I can see where you get your name. Surprise - It's a bootleg! Suprise - discs are missing! Suprise - it's the entirely wrong item!
