Spa Tender

I ordered a Spa Tender Hot Tub Summer- Thermal Cover(6'x6' x3/8"), however what I received was a Spa Tender Hot Tub Towel and Robe Warmer/Deck Box with Microwavable Heat Pad. I reached out to the seller, Spatender, who told me to return and place another order. However the seller cancelled the second order in the end without shipping the item. Over 3 weeks and 2 attempted orders later, I was not able to obtain a cover.
