When I made the purchase it told me an arrival date., so did the order confirmation. Contacted the seller and asked " how can we compensate you?". Well I told them and they refused to compensate me in any way or form. But the seller shipped it the slowest method possible and there was no power cord with the laptop and it had a dead battery. I do NOT recommend buying anything from this company.

Hello Tina! This item was sold as stated on the listing that it doesn't come with a power cable. Also, I'm not sure what you mean about shipping it the slowest method possible. Shipping option is 2-4 business days and the only reason your item took time to be delivered is due to the winter storms which we have no control over.
