This was a used item in a box marked up with someone's name on the box, and wrapped in ebay wrapping. Very disappointing.

This mail order service is just a set up for ink suppliers to send “out of date” ink cartridges that just cannot be sold openly and honestly any other way. Don't use Walmart mail order unless you are okay with ink cartridges that were made 4 or 5 years ago and haven't been sold until way past the expiration date.

I didn't have any interaction with the seller. I bought these ink cartridges due to the good price %26 just used the first one. It loaded properly in my printer %26 I had no problems. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I was not aware that this item would be shipped by third party and NOT by Walmart. It did reflect in the packaging and overall experience.

Product was received quickly and in good condition.

I thought the ink cartridge would come in the box as in the picture. It came just as the cartridge itself in bubblewrap.

Seller quickly responded to an additional question.

Al went well, but the price has more than doubled.

Arrived on time /no damage fit in my printer as they were suppose to.
