Instructions very small print, very hard to read, not very exacting. Buds do not rotate. Earbuds don’t fit into EAR canal very easily. Volume level somewhat low. Even when the volume is set to max still low. Lighting on the earbud assemblies is not understandable. MTg Mesa, AZ, USA

When I got my buds it looked the item was returned. I had no ear piece and no charging Cord. When I paired them with my phone it was ok but it keeps cutting out even when I'm just sitting at work. I thought it might be my connection but my old earbuds are not cutting out. I'm very disapponited with these . I had to scrub the only set of ear caps because like I said I only got one pair So I not sure where these have been. They had to be a return that you resold to me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS SELLER
