Badger 5 garbage disposal is advertised as 2 HP. The whole reason I bought this and was willing to pay the higher price tag was the fact that it was supposed to have 2 HP. Well, it gets delivered to my house, and come to find out it only has ½ HP. I feel as though I've been duped somehow. A Partial Refund, possibly?
