The worst experience that I have ever had purchasing through Walmart.com. I felt patronized and like I was intentionally stolen from. There is no excuse for a fraudulent listing and items have to be delivered as stated in the listing. When the listing is posted you can read what is being listed. The listing doesn't magically change after it is posted and it was a very detailed listing, with multiple options to choose from. If the listed upgrades were not available, then the price shouldn't have been higher to get the upgraded version of the laptop. There were several other less expensive seller options online, without the listed upgrades, at the time of purchase. Why would anyone pay the extra high price without receiving the upgrades and accessories. This was a total scam, if the options and upgrades were not available.

We purchased 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD DELL laptop from this seller on Walmart site. The seller sent us 8GB RAM, 256 SSD DELL laptop. The item we purchased is - Dell Inspiron Laptop, 15.6" FHD IPS Touchscreen, Intel Core i5-1135G7(Beats i7-1065G7, Quad-core), 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Windows 11 Home, Carbon Black We were surprised to see a very low specification item than what we purchase. The seller put a big sticker to hide the specification details on the box, so we did not realize the fraud before setting up the laptop. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER
