Walmart missed the ETA by a couple of days. The product arrived in good condition, and the product description provided by Walmart was accurate.

Seller sent item, however the box was crushed and the eyelash pad has a slit.

Their packaging is awful !! I received an empty plastic packaging envelope that wasnt even sealed.

Item took an eternity to arrive. When the Item DID arrive, it was unsealed and clearly USED! Dried foundation was around the spout where the foundation comes out of. The foundation was also a lot darker in color. This made me question if the liquid it self was even foundation. Do not buy from this seller.

Not much interaction with. Fulfilled order accurately, was the slowest to receive of all my order but that was conveyed when I submitted the order

ordered a laneige cleanser and received a totally different product and brand (9 wishes white tone up body serum) in the opened laniege box.

Terrible, didn't receive by the expected by date. When I reached out no response. Came like a week late. I ordered it on Sunday February 16th and didn't receive it til February 27th. 11 days later!!

Love this product. Gone in less than a month, I didn't think the bottle was full and now I wonder even more, this is something that lasts me for months. A little goes a long way.

Can not get answer from anyone about one pen being empty
