I received exactly what I ordered and it was what I expected it to be a trenching shovel and it makes digging a narrow ditch in the dirt much easier then using a standard rounded head shovel.

I got the fridge but the packing label said Home Depot even though I ordered it from Walmart and the packaging wasn’t adequate to protect the unit during shipping. The right front leveling foot is cracked off on my fridge and no way to request a warranty replacement of the damaged part from Walmart or Danby. Customer service and responsibility in the U.S. is absolutely the worst anymore. It used to be better.

Was delayed, but did eventually arrive a week or 10 days late.

The seller was great, the item arrived on time and in a fast manner. They used minimal packaging which is better for the environment and all packaging materials were recyclable so five stars for them.

It took too long to get it from order to shipping and then shipping kept sending delay after delay notice.

Two weeks later after not receiving my product and requesting a replacement, I got a very rude email asking what was the issue. The item was never received. I really just wanted a replacement but now I just want a refund. Extremely frustrated with the customer service as no one has called to resolve the issue.
