Poor communication. Been trying to get in contact with them bout my issue and nothing. I purchased a scooter for my son and he literally rode it 3x and had an issue with the wheel. Got delivered back in February and I’ve been reaching out and here it is July and still no response. Real bad experience/ service/communication. I’ll never buy from again

I bought the scooter for my son so he would have a way to get back and forth to work because he doesn’t drive… I had to contact the seller and they were very fast in responding back to me.. I have never had a company be as friendly, helpful, understanding and prompt communication… I will definitely be a customer for life…

I got an email saying my packages were delivered they were three scooters and I went outside they were supposed to be left by the door I checked there was nothing out there I will back in checked the website again tried to find where they usually post pictures of things they deliver and I can't find any photo or anything like that and every time I try to contact the seller conveniently the website won't work so won't let me talk to anybody very disappointed
