Laptop arrived quicker than original delivery date. Very well packaged. BUT I do not like that there are NO manuals, brochures, not even a picture showing slot use identification. A new user would be completely lost without a 'how to set up' manual or even a small card giving user a website to go to for manual/literature. If you don't know how to set up a system without written instruction, this laptop is not for you.
