I recently purchased Fios Therapy from Royco through Walmart, and I am extremely disappointed with the product. I have used this product before, and what I received is clearly not the original. The bottle is peeling, the product inside has a different texture and smell, and it does not work as expected. These are strong indicators that the product is fake, and I suspect I have received a counterfeit. Selling counterfeit products is unacceptable and misleading to customers. I demand a full refund for this purchase. I urge Walmart to investigate this issue immediately to prevent other customers from being scammed.

Do not buy from this supplier. I made my purchase almost 1 month ago and I've been struggling to receive the progressive brush, for which I paid more than US$55. Delivery was not made. I tried several times to contact Walmart, but they didn't resolve the problem and direct to a Fedex phone number, in turn, Fedex doesn't provide telephone support and tells you to register a complaint on the website, but they ask for so much information that you can never fill it all in. I send emails to the supplier, informing them that the delivery was not made, but unfortunately, neither Walmart, nor Fedex nor the supplier had the capacity to resolve the problem of the delivery that was not made, including, even the photo that the delivery man took it, it's a blurry, shaky photo, as if it were of a ceiling. Do not buy from this supplier or you will not receive your product and Walmart and Fedex will not care about you.
