I love this hand massager. I use it several times a day. When I’m watching tv is my favorite time to use it. It feels so good on my hands. The heat is a nice touch, but it’s mostly around your wrist, not on your hand. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with arthritis that loves a good hand massage.
