Seller sent a broken item. Then tried to lie saying they didn’t and took pictures of everything. Well so did I, I can confirm they completely lied about the contents in the package sent to me. They said it was brand new, however it wasn’t. There was a return slip for August 20th saying the item was defective and broken. The item’s box was already opened upon openeing up the shipping contents. The product itself had residue all over it, stripped cables, open packaging, and a return slip saying the item was defective. I contacted the seller right away and they threatened me to my claims about the product. Here is the response I got: “Thank you for reaching out. Before shipping your item, we carefully inspected it and took photos of both the product and its packaging. After reviewing these photos, we can confirm that the item was in new condition, fully functional, and properly packaged, with no evidence of prior use, damage, or a return slip. Please note that submitting claims for items that are not defective or used, or requesting refunds based on false information, is considered fraudulent activity and may result in further action. Based on our records, we are unable to process a refund for the warranty or insurance fee in this case. We appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Volkanrey LLC.” So, they threaten me with action against something they created. Make this make sense. I have all of my pictures. If I got an insurance warranty, what is the point if I broke the item to making this type of claim? They just threatened me because I called them out. Never buy from this seller. They try to scam their customers.
