Purchased on Walmart not realizing it was a marketplace seller. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews, as I should’ve been. I received a text my item had been delivered while I was sitting in front of my front door. There was no delivery. Nothing on camera, nothing at a neighbor’s house or in the mailbox. I filed a claim with UPS and spoke to Walmart who told me the seller would have to address it because it was marketplace. If they did not reach out Walmart would refund me after e8 hours. I never actually heard from the seller even though I contacted them via Walmart and Walmart contacted them, but I did see a refund was issued 24 hours later. Skip this one. I purchased it cheaper from Lowe’s locally and no shipping hassle.

Frustrating/trouble with return. Had to send the two items, separately, in separate packages, even though they both came in one package. WHY? Received in a Home Depot box?

I had to click 1 star if there was a 0 thats what it would be. They advertised HEAVY DUTY %26 ship you reg plastic, if i wanted reg plastic, I would have ordered it! Its a circus to get a refund, you order 2 and they have qty as 1. grrrr. STAY AWAY from THIS WALMARTS 3RD PARTY!!

I can't leave a message to seller, because Walmart's website displays this notice... "Sorry! We're having technical issues. We're working on fixing it. Please try again later." This 'third party' seller's address is a house in NY (Earth.Google), who is drop-shipping through HomeDepot and probably other stores that offer free delivery or free shipping. I received the wrong Libman brush. The problem was either HomeDepot's fault or this seller chose the wrong brush when he placed the order at HomeDepot. If you want a Libman brush, go directly to HomeDepot.com. You will pay less money, plus get it delivered for free and avoid the middleman and the aggravation.

Do not order from this seller unless you're okay with receiving items different from what you ordered. I ordered 6 boxes of a Heavy Duty version of an item and received 6 boxes of the regular version. Both the description and photos in the advertisement for the item specifically state Heavy Duty, which is why I purchased the items, yet that is not what I received.

The description was for a six count, three pairs, I received two gloves one pair. I have reached out a few time to receive the other two pairs with no response or acknowledgment. Please issue a refund or provide what was advertised. Jennifer

They sent the wrong item. It was advertised and pictured as 5% dust, but I received 1% dust. Now I have to go through the return process! What a pain!
